🌌Galaxy and Solar Systems

The galaxy contains 5,000 planets organized into 1,251 solar systems. Planets are given unique IDs starting from 1 and going to 5,000. Lower planet IDs belong to solar systems which are closer to the center of the galaxy.
The layout of these solar systems is dictated by Galactic Spec, which deterministically maps planet IDs to solar system IDs and solar system IDs to positions in the galaxy. Other factors such as solar system star color are also determined by Galactic Spec.
